Helsinki municipality sends €350,000 to terrorist organization Hamas
Helsinki's so called "humanitarian aid" is directed to the Red Cross, UNICEF, Save the Children, and Doctors Without Borders. All organizations with links to Russia, Iran and Hamas.
The City of Helsinki is granting €350,000 in so called “humanitarian aid” to Gaza. The City Council made the decision on last Wednesday.1
The aid will be allocated as follows: €100,000 to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), €100,000 to UNICEF, €100,000 to Save the Children, and €50,000 to Doctors Without Borders for humanitarian assistance in Gaza.
The so-called "humanitarian" organizations ICRC, UNICEF, Save the Children, and DWB are all linked to the terrorist organization Hamas, whom have also spread terrorist disinformation to the Finnish public since last October and have very close ties to Russia and Iran.
The city council's decision to grant so called “humanitarian aid” to Gaza was not made unanimously.
Councilor Maarit Vierunen (National Coalition Party) proposed returning the matter for further preparation. In the proposal, it was argued that Helsinki should not grant “humanitarian aid” to Gaza, as the responsibility for Finland's role in providing international humanitarian aid lies with the Finnish state.
“We believe that the city should not expand its scope into the field of development cooperation and humanitarian aid more broadly. Instead, such activities fall within the established and natural division of labor in Finnish society, which assigns this role to the Finnish state,” the proposal stated.
In the vote, the proposal for “humanitarian aid” to Gaza received 50 votes, while Vierunen's motion to return the matter for further preparation received 30 votes.
There were three abstentions, and two council members were absent from the vote.
An overwhelming majority of Helsinki’s councillors were, and are, ready to fund a terrorist organization comparable to ISIS. Sending “humanitarian aid” to Gaza through Russian and Hamas-linked organizations is comparable to aiding ISIS in 2015 with “humanitarian aid.” Hamas' ideology and terror acts do not differ from what the so-called ‘Islamic State’ did previously.
Almost all councillors who voted in favor of funding the terrorist organization Hamas from taxpayers money were from the Greens, Left Alliance, or Social Democrats.
While Helsinki is suffering from a historic lack of funds and public services are grossly failing.
