Qatar Just Bought Finland’s Biggest Right-Wing Party — Now Pushing to Recognize Hamas-Palestine
The National Coalition Party, Finland’s largest right-wing party, appears to have been bought out by Qatari sheikhs—now serving as a convenient vehicle to advance Hamas’s Islamist terrorist agenda.

The current Finnish government prime minister, Petteri Orpo, and the foreign minister, Elina Valtonen, both from the National Coalition party (Kokoomus), have recently been extremely vocal about “recognizing Palestine” - and “how important it is”.
The party was previously known for its pro-Israel stance - as right wing parties usually do.
Supposedly a right-wing party, it has recently made it its primary mission to undermine democratic Israel and its efforts to combat terrorist criminals—while pushing to recognize the failed terrorist pseudo-state of 'Palestine' as a sort of twisted 'reward' for the October 7, 2023 attacks, which saw 1,200 Jews murdered and 200 others kidnapped.

Last month, Valtonen, Finland’s foreign minister, started sharing Hamas terrorist propaganda on X—namely, the gripping tale of how a 'Finnish delegation was under fire by the Israeli Defense Forces,' which she promptly condemned. Minor detail: no such 'Finnish delegation' existed, and the IDF didn’t 'open fire' on anything - they made warning shots into the air.
Turns out, it was all disinformation. Naturally, she never apologized or corrected the record.1 Why let facts ruin a good narrative?

After the 'incident,' she popped up on CNN the very next day, repeated the same debunked story, and pivoted effortlessly into a lecture about 'the importance of recognizing Palestine.'2 A masterclass in doubling down.
It wasn’t so long ago, when she had a different narrative - what happened?

Touring Muslim countries, seeking allies and promising warm bilateral ties with Qatar—best known as Hamas’s favorite sponsor
After all these recent, unrecognizable moves by the supposedly right-wing National Coalition Party—and Foreign Minister Valtonen’s flirtation with terrorist propaganda—she’s now off touring human rights–violating Muslim monarchies run under Sharia law.
“Bold” new direction, indeed.

Qatar's ties to the Muslim Brotherhood stem from a long-standing relationship, with Doha leveraging the group's influence to bolster its regional and international prominence.

While Qatar has offered refuge, financial backing, and media access to Brotherhood affiliates, Hamas, its support seems more strategically calculated than ideologically driven.
This approach has enabled Qatar to act as a “mediator” but has also drawn criticism from Gulf allies and Western nations. Recent trends indicate Qatar may be scaling back overt support for the Brotherhood to foster regional harmony, though its historical links and ongoing ties to Hamas continue to fuel debate.
Just before her call with the Qatari (overlords) sheiks, her latest post on X condemned the ‘Israeli illegal occupation.’
Timing is everything.

Finland’s foreign minister, Elina Valtonen, is currently touring Tunisia3, Lebanon4, and Jordan5—firmly cementing Finland’s backing of Islamist terrorist regimes hostile to Israel.
Not to mention how all of these countries are extremely cozy and friendly with Russia—who is doing everything possible to prevent the recent NATO member Finland from buying more weapons or missile defense systems from Israel.
The National Coalition Party and the foreign minister are effectively weakening Finnish borders and missile defense against Russia, which also happens to support Hamas.
